Trees surround it, have a less population rate, the suburban town is the ideal destination for those searching peace, calm, and serenity.

Vast sprawls of open fields and national sanctuaries on two sides make this place a hub of peace-loving people, luxury retreats, and pool-side picnics.
But one major drawback of this place is dust. Whenever you install a pool at your beautifully designed home, dirt mixed with fog will be a great hindrance to the health of your pool.
And we understand how much pain can pool cleaning be! The problem with pool cleaning is it keeps recurring.
We, at Central OC Pools, provide a one-stop solution to all your pool-related problems. Here’s why you should hire us!
About the location
Orange Park Acres is a community of ranchers and horse-riders which is surrounded by the City of Orange. In 1928, the area was declared the official equestrian destination of Orange County.
It is a place of favorable climate throughout the year, ranging between 12 degrees to 25 degrees Celsius.
The winters are on the colder side and have a recorded temperature as low as 7 degrees Centigrade. However, owing to large ranches, stables, and a history of farming, the place is drier, leading to an environment that has a high percentage of dust.
During the winter season, the dust particles fuse with smoke to form heavy SPM (suspended particulate matter), which weighs heavily on the health of your pool.
Also, a mix of dry and humid conditions encourage the growth of harmful algae in the water. These factors go a long way to deteriorate the water and build quality of the pools. Moreover, it is detrimental to swim in algae-infested water.
This is why you need pool remodeling and plastering services from time to time.
How to know when I need a pool remodeling service?
Algae and pathogens aren’t the only reasons to remodel your pool, right? We mean, do you do something only when it’s a medical emergency! No, right? Apart from diseases and risks, people remodel pools because of other reasons, as well.
But for now, let’s focus on the immediate ones.
Tiles get cracked and worn down after years of usage. This does not mean you have a poorly made pool. It means the tiles of the pool bed and that of the sides are unable to withstand the immense pressure of tonnes of water.
Moreover, subsequent emptying and fresh refilling of the pool leaves the tiles messed up and weak.
Dust particles, corrosive substances, and toxic particulate matter mix to form compounds that decrease the pressure holding capacity of the tiles. Broken tiles can go a long way in harming the pool if not checked in the initial stages.
It will lead to leaking.
If you lose sleep over cracked tiles, then leakages will be like scary nightmares during sleep paralysis. It’s far more dangerous because leaking water can seep through everything and damage the walls and the ground of other rooms.
When there is a sudden decrease in the water level of your pool, the most probable cause is a leakage somewhere. Whenever this happens, it is always advisable to call a professional and have them inspect the place.
Growth of algae
Algae flourish in places that have alternate dry and moist weather. As humidity is ever-present in Orange Park Acres, accompanied by dust, the chances of algae swarming in your pools are quite high.
It’s not just the water quality that gets disrupted with the growth of algae. They also clog the water system, and this is where most problems start stemming from. When the pool-water doesn’t get adequately filtered, it is one primary source of pathogens, harmful bacteria, and viruses.
But the silver lining is if the water has become algae-infested, it will change its color and become denser. For those times, do not delay even an hour more and call a pool cleaning professional.
Redesigning the pool and the deckside
Much like our phones, pools get outdated too. The aesthetics of your pool reflect your state of mind and personality.
A professional Orange Park Acres pool remodeling service will enhance your pool design and bring forth a complete evolution of the same. There are lots of ways to renovate, redesign and remodel and pool and some of them are adding fireplaces, kitchen units, jacuzzis in its vicinity.
Why choose the Central OC Pools for your Orange Park Pool Service?
Plastering and remodeling are too serious jobs to trust amateurs with it. Everyone may have technical expertise, but not the wisdom that we amassed through real experience.
We, at the Central OC Pools, understand the essence of experiencing a pool and enjoying life in all its glory. Simply cleaning and renovating a pool isn’t enough.
We differ from the rest of the crowds because we are adherents of the latest trends in pool remodeling and plastering. Here are the various services we provide to our customers:
Providing you with a design blueprint and applying for permits
We send over our trusted employees to take the necessary measurements of your pool and to understand your requirements. Based on this data, we create a blueprint design for you and send it across.
Also, we care to explain to you all our work procedures in a systematic manner. Unless you give us the green signal, we do not go ahead with the plan. Once the blueprint is finalized, we will move forward with the necessary paperwork for permits.
Creating the layout
This step is necessary if you are setting up a new pool altogether. It involves excavating the selected region and removing the grass and the soil.
This step is missing in the case of remodeling pools. Only a final array of measurements is made before starting on with the operations.
Making the steel skeleton
After the measurement part is over, our professionals will start work on the pool. The first step involves the careful placement of durable steel rods along the sides and in the base of the pool.
Once the skeleton is made, we will start by setting up the electric equipment.
Plumbing and setting up the electrical equipment
In the presence of our supervisors, the plumbing works are fixed, and the electrical equipment is set up. As this is the final step before cementing begins, double-check on the quality control is done.
This is the crux of the process of remodeling or fixing a pool. It takes about a week to complete. Our employees will mix the cement in front of you and applied to the outer layer of the steel frame. After this layering is done, we leave it to dry.
This is the most crucial bit as water is sprinkled every two days to prevent cracking.
Choosing and placing tiles
Now that the crucial part is over, we start with tiling after drying is over. We have a wide range of tiles to choose from, and we cater to all the kinds of patrons out there. Marble, mosaic, stone slate, or even brick or natural stone, pick anything, and we will give you what’s best!
Your Orange Park Acres Pool remodeling would be incomplete without a proper renovation of the deck, as well. Our large pool of experience comprises furnished decks as well. We will provide you with a variety of ideas like adding a fireplace, a hot tub, or a children’s pool at the deck.
We also have a wide range of materials to choose from.
Replacing the upper layer of a pool with a new one is a time-consuming process. Plasters add to the aesthetic appeal of the pool, and they change depending on your preferences and the theme you set for the pool.
We also give you a wide range of options regarding the pool plastering material.
Our experience reflects in the fact that we strive for an exquisite finish! After your pool plastering is done, we wash the surface with a balanced mix of certain chemicals. We provide all the relevant info then and there.
They give a shine to the surface, sealing your newly remodeled pool. We also check the pH and the proportions of chlorine and all other substances in the water before declaring it fit for swimming.
Our confidence lies in the fact that we always place our customers first. We combine your aesthetic preferences, study your personality, and suggest ideas accordingly.
Different families have different pools. They enjoy and spend leisure time differently. So, understanding and customizing our products according to these conditions become our topmost priority.

I recently bought a house and was having problems with my pool. Plaster is coming off right and left. The owner Michael came out and gave me a quote on my pool and also walked me through what was happening to my pool. He was very patient with all of my questions. Being a first time home owner.. I'm very clueless. He went into detail about my pipes and educated me on things I didn't even know about. He explained how I can keep things a certain way for now but down the road I should consider upgrading them. Michael is VERY friendly and honest ... I told him a couple other companies that I was considering using and he gave me information about those companies as well. (I've had other companies bad mouth other people and he did no such thing). I definitely recommend booking an appointment with Michael if you are redoing your pool!CAITLIN W. - HUNTINGTON BEACH
Boy, who thought getting your pool redone could be such a pleasant experience! My wife Carol and I were referred to OC Pools by a close friend. We had recently purchased a house and wanted to spruce up our backyard pool! Central OC Pools did the job! I was very pleased with their entire team! They set out several different options for retiling our pool and communicated prices very clearly! We ended up having the pool retiled with minipebbles and abalone shells! It is so beautiful and we are so pleased with the overall job! They also clean our pool on a weekly basis! The pool always sparkles at the end of a job; the team always lets us know if an issue arises. Luckily, nothing has yet (fingers crossed)! Michael helped answer all of my questions! He was thorough and pleasant. I definitely recommend Central OC Pools for all of your future pool jobs!SCHUYLER R. - SANTA ANA
After hiring the most expensive full service pool company I could find in my neighborhood ( tustin) we quickly switched over to mikes company. The reasons 1. We were told we had an all inclusive package at $200 / month, but were billed anywhere from $25-89 extra EVERY single month. Michael has now been servicing our pool for 6 months and the only chanve in our bill was for a filter clean, which we needed, and was well documented by his staff. 2. We had service provided on average 3/4 weeks a month. We would call and nothing would be done. C.oC. pools had one guy come and just pour the chemicals in and leave without cleaning the pool. We called Mike and he came out himself with iur pool cleaner and retrained him on propper maintenance. We dont expect our pool service to be perfect, but we do expect them to be responsible when things arent correct. Mike didnt complain or make excuses. He has always made things right and our pool looks great. I really appreciate having a maintenance company that cares about us. Thanks michael (owner) and Chad (our cleaner)Raanan B.
Hands down, my experience with Central OC Pools is the best customer service experience I have ever had! Michael answered right away. I told him about my older than dirt pool pump, he asked me to take pictures of it and send it to him. He explained that my pool pump was very old and maybe even leaking, he recommended an energy efficient one that would work well with my pool. Within hours, he sent me an estimate of how much it would cost and also that he could have it installed for me the next day. NEXT DAY?! 4th of July weekend as well coming up, it was amazing that he saved the day! He was upfront about everything, what to expect, and installation and all. Michael was even nice enough to talk to my insurance company about the issues I was having with my pool pump, which I called as an insurance claim. Kelly was the actual person who came the next day to install the pool pump. He walked us through all the new features and buttons. The next day, my husband had some questions about the pump and we called Michael again. He answered right away and answered all the questions. He is such a pleasure to do business with! Payment was also so easy, it was online. Who doesn't love that! Michael is so nice, patient and accommodating! I will never call anyone else for pool servicing again! Thank you Michael and Kelly for wonderful and fast service! I will recommend you to everyone I know!ANN I.
